Full or part-time IT Managers are available onsite to address any and all technology-related issues, without the overhead of employee health benefits, workers’ comp or paid vacation.
Scheduled proactive maintenance ensures a stable and productive network, and includes data backup checking, anti-virus, spam and resolving user issues. Scheduling regular support enables a firm to be able to plan ahead and know when a tech will be onsite to assist with any technology issues, or answer any questions. It also enables us to communicate and plan properly, so we may make recommendations to improve the network and the user’s productivity. Services that usually fall under this category include strategic technology planning, and major network changes, upgrades or migrations. A proposal geared toward your company’s goals, expectations and budget will be submitted for any large projects your network may require. Project rates and pricing are subject to project size & complexity and are designed to be affordable.
Benefits of Scheduled Maintenance

- Your staff can depend on faster response times to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Your computer & network infrastructure will benefit from regular attention and preventative maintenance, reducing chance of failure and increasing longevity.
- Regular trials will be run on your backup & disaster recovery procedures to ensure effective performance suitable to your needs.
